    I bought a license using my American Express card in April 2013. I have yet to receive an email with the license key. Please let me know what I need to do to obtain the key.
    Thanks,

    Fred

    Fred, have you received yet? Normally these things are within minutes… I bought mine last night, but have yet to receive the license. After seeing your post, this really concerns me and there is no phone number listed on their site.

    Can anyone suggest an appropriate timeframe or a way to get in contact with them? I need it ASAP!

    Hi;

    With your $99 Unlimited tRaid option, can I configure 5-disks iRaid on two separate computers?

    Also, does FlexRaid (tRaid) support Windows 8.1 64bit?

      No. Each license can only be used on a single node.

    I just bought mine last night. Haven’t received anything except the paypal receipt yet.

    I need to acquire my purchase code ASAP as my raid is down and I cannot access my files!

      Orders take up to 48 hours to process after which you will receive an email with the purchase code.

    I have a Raid-F running on a WHS2011, but tRaid may be better because my family members keep editing their files on the server. Can I change my Raid-F license into a t-Raid license?

    disk registering problems could not go on so could not create pool to test
    transparent raid functionality.

    operation failure:
    unsupported partition offset=512 for seagate ….

    the HD is brand new and is specifically for testing this kind of setup and is formatted as NTFS and is accessible in all PCs and by others like driveBender n stableBit.

    please respond to assist so can test / evaluate your product.

    regards.
